I'm moving my Corsair HX520 to a new, being built Q6600 system for video/file crunching and needed another PSU for my P180.
Really wanted an HX620, but a bit expensive, so I picked up the Trio for $60. Reading the reviews, it's got good 'uns, and though it's a Seasonic design, it's apparently not built quite as well. Not modular, but that isn't really required in a P180. It also seems to run VERY cool in the dedicated PSU cooling channel. Rails seem rock steady and voltages look stable.
But what was kinda a pleasant surprise was that ALL of the cables are sleeved, contrary to the reviews I had read online. A very good move by Antec, IMO. Anyone else have a Trio w/sleeved cables, or is this WAY old news and I'm late to the race, as usual? 😱
