65nm
432mm^2
695MHz core clock
2250MHz shader clock (this gives 1 TFLOPs, but adding the missing MUL = 1.6TFLOPs)
2500MHz (effective) memory clock
240 SP
64 ROPs?!!?
512bit memory interface
GDDR3
1024MB

edit - fixed

You had me all excited for a minute.
Let's hope the next time it's a real shot :D

Seems suspect to me -- I could make that in photoshop in about 3 minutes.

I don't understand why someone would post just a GPUZ screen dump and nothing else;

That sounds suspect. Maybe a dual chip card? IDK but this seems, how do you say....outlandish?

Die size & ROPs give it away.

No way a 240SP/64ROP card will be 432mm^2 compared to 324mm^2 for a 128SP/24ROP card G92.

the image is too pixilated. And GPU has been wrong before (thats why it keeps on getting updated), so you shouldn't count on what it says until you actually have the specs.

That being said, it is interesting to see that the bus is supposedly 512bit. This will be nice if true.
