Are there any GPUs or even onboard graphics with HDMI cec built in? Why is it so hard to find?
I know you can get a $40 dongle to add it, and that Intel NUCs even have an exposed pin to add the hardware internally (probably what il do for my next HTPC), but I am genuinely curious why none of the major PC hardware vendors seem to include it - is it a licensing thing maybe?
