Basically what I would like to know is everyone else's opinion on the temperature of my XFX GeForce 7600GS. Remember that this is the passively cooled one.
The case that I'm using is a XION II XON-101. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/...?Item=N82E16811208005).
I loaded up Oblivion and set everything as high as I could. That includes 4X AA,
(not HDR or whatever it is). My GPU temperature is around 57C while on the desktop. When I played Oblivion at the highest possible settings it got up to 74C. Is that an acceptable temperature for this GPU? Or is that too high. Note, this GPU cannot play Oblivion that well on the highest settings but I just wanted to see how hot I could get it.
