Question GPU selection for Power Director

Hello.
I'm looking for the most suitable and powerful graphics card for full use in Power Director software. Would you recommend me, please? I've read that the Power Director is using acceleration with gpu, I think opencl, but I'm not sure. Best to $ 300, - even better to $ 200, -.

I would be very grateful for each answer. It should be a Christmas present, but I do not know much about it. To tell you the truth, I did not even know until yesterday that graphics can also affect the speed of editing, rendering.
I have selected RX 560 OC 2 GB. If there was a better chance for the Power Director to make him much faster, I would take another one. The CPU on your computer is Ryzen 5 2600.
