GPU Overclocking (Noob)

So I'm looking to learn how to OC my GPU.

I have the Asus EAH6850 DirectCU. It comes with the Asus SmartDoctor software.

I thought I would ask you guys if there is anything I need to know before I start messing with it. I dont want to screw anything up or fry my card.
