GPU not working / Not showing under Display Adapters (After Clean Uninstall but also After Fresh Ins

Yesterday I realize my monitor is no longer functioning. Apparently HDMI works but no longer DVI which was my main output for my monitor prior to this incident. So after re-adapting I check out Device Manager and my main Graphics card is ghosted out (hidden) but there at Display Drivers.

I think well, let me try to do a Fresh Install. I download the appropriate driver installation from NVIDIA. I run it and it ends up saying "Install Cannot Continue - The Graphics Driver Could Not Find Compatible Graphics Hardware.".

I then run DDU and uninstall it completely then try again, hardware changes and manufacturer boot up ought to (or is supposed to) auto-detect and reinstall whatever after any uninstallation restart. Computer restarts and I run the NVIDIA driver installer and it's the same message.
I then check Device Manager and the GPU is not there whatsoever (not even ghosted) under Display Drivers.

Any tips on what may be going on and/or suggestions on how to resolve this?

Please note I do not have any specific dvds or flash drives with any particular gpu installation/setup either for or after bios. The manufacturer (Asus in this case) never included any of sort.

*Everything (including w/e it was that prior powered up the GPU, if it was needed) is plugged in/powered up properly.
