GPU needed for two 4k monitors

What kind of GPU would I need to run two 4k panels, not gaming much, but would like to be able to play GTA V at least on one of them with high details. Thanks for your advice!!!

Either a single Titan X or two 980s for Very High. If you turn down to High you could probably get away with a 290X or GTX 970 and still average around 50fps.
