GPU memory overclocking question.

I just bought my 8800gts and I overclocking with rivatuner. Now the memory is supposed to be running at 1600MHz but the overclocking utility only goes up to 1190. Am I reading it wrong? How am I supposed to get the memory up to stock speeds?

Effective rate is doubled. 1600 mhz = 800 mhz in RivaTuner
