Check out the Scythe Musashi, cheaper I believe than the Thermalright, it comes with two slim 100mm fans and a controller for each, even at max speed its very quiet
 
That one looks good, but how long do the sleeve bearing fans on it last? Also, is the included fan control PCI slot addon removable? I'm using a SG05 and don't have anywhere to put that PCI slot addon.

It's also less efficient. Although the OP isn't looking for the best efficiency, just something quieter...........meh
 
I've been reading some reviews of the Scythe. I keep seeing mentions that the fins are facing the wrong way or something. Maybe I should just return my card and get a different GTS250. One of the reasons I got the Gigabyte GTS250 was that it only used up one slot of my SG05. The second slot was free for me to put a four port USB bracket in.
