GPU for WHS 2011

I have an extra system laying around Core 2 Duo 2.4, 4 GB Ram and I picked up a copy of WHS 2011.

Problem is the PC doesn't have onboard video, and all my gpus I have laying around pull tons of power... and are pretty old. What would be something that doesn't sit there pulling 100+W all day, but could still fulfill all the tasks of WHS.

I heard that there is on the fly transcoding in WHS 2011, but I don't think it uses the GPU... Should i just go as cheap as possible, with a 6450 or 610 or something?

Thanks.

WHS 2011 doesn't use GPU acceleration. Get the lowest power, most silent, cheapest thing you can get. However, that processor might be a bit weak for some of the transcoding... It's not a big deal, though.

Probably this guy then?

I'm don't usually go AMD but it seems OK for this use case. If anyone has any suggestions I would hear them out. I'm not in a hurry to pull the trigger...
