GPU device ids are wrong with integrated graphics

I have a machine that I just put together with an AMD A10 7850K and a pair of R9 290X cards. I would like to run from the integrated graphics chip for my average daily stuff, surfing and videos while my GPUs do some scrypt coin mining. Then be able to switch to my nice cards when I want to play some games.

The problem I'm having is that the graphics devices list out as device 0,1,- instead of 0,1,2 like I would expect. Is there a way to manually change the device id?

I may have found the problem. Device Manager says there is a problem with the driver for the integrated graphics device. I'm going to check the Asus site for an updated driver.
