GPU causing blue screen

I have a laptop with Intel Integrated Graphics and a GTX 860M. As of last night, any attempt to use the GTX 860M, such as attempting to use GeForce Experience or run a game using the high graphics processor causes a blue screen when the attempt to refresh display driver times out.

I've tried uninstalling all Nvidia programs/drivers, but on reboot, windows installed the driver automatically for me. Then I tried installing an older driver that I know worked - no luck. Then I let it update to the most recent driver - no luck.

The dump log describes the crash as "Caused by Driver dxgkrnl.sys" with "File Description DirectX Graphics Kernel."

Any suggestions, or am I looking at a probable hardware issue and I'm now stuck with Intel Integrated Graphics?

Here's a screen shot of the dumplog: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1dBmX0NQPRwyzV0PRpHZ2AtRZzARDkyFc

Windows hates using old drivers if it has access to new ones. The only way I can still do it is the uninstall option through device manager, telling it to remove drivers. If you are running Windows 10, you also need to make sure it isn't installing device drivers with It's built in app.

But, if you do all that, when is the last time you dusted out the fan area? How old is the laptop? You may even want to consider replacing thermal paste.
