Hi
I'm finishing my comp. eng. master in about half a year, and while I have a great deal of insight into CPU architecture, the various kinds adders, dividers etc. and even asynchronous circuit design, I know next to nothing about GPU architecture except from what I've read on Anandtech and Arstechnica.
Therefore I ask the knowledgable people out there to point me to some good technical litterature (both books, articles and links). I'm very interested in the newer programmable hardware (especially the concept of "Unified shaders" used by ATI in ther Xbox 360 GPU), but I understand that I have to delve into the basic stuff first.
Any help will be appreciated
Regards
Andreas
