I bought a TomTom ONE 130 on sale last week ($140 @ Circuit City). (Horrah!).

The unit has worked great for a week. Now in the last two days it simply won't get a GPS signal. It doesn't matter if I have it mounted in the car or in my hand standing in the middle of my back yard - no signal.

I have reset it, per the TomTom web site. I have let it run for 30 minutes (supposed to take less than 5 to acquire signal) with no signal. Bah!

I hate to have to RMA something I JUST bought.

This happened to a TomTom ONE LE that I bought during Black Friday (Nov 07). I actually bought it online, but was able to get a replacement in-store.
The new one has been going strong w/o any issues.
This was at BestBuy - but it might be worth at least a phone call to see what your options are at CC.
