I spent last week lost in the Chicago suburbs. I really neeed to get the GPS working on this phone. I could get the sprint navigation but if the GPS sensor in the phone will work for that why cant I get it to locate me when I use google maps or windows live search?

Anyone with knowledge of how I can get this to work?

Thanks in advance.

Darron

edit: it is a 700wx. good catch.

I don't have sprint anymore but when I had a Treo (700P) it didn't have internal GPS accessible for navigation. You had to buy an external bluetooth dongle (which works better than the internal ones anyway...). The phone (700p) did have A-GPS but that was for E-911 service only...

Now if I misread your question and you do have an external GPS, then sorry, I don't know the answer.

EDIT: I took a look on phonescoop.com and the Treo 700WX (couldnt find a 750wx) does have internal GPS, but I still cant help you. Sorry.
