GPS w/ realtime traffic

Is there any GPS software that uses real-time traffic (either via Internet, or some device I can buy one-time) in routing calculations? I'm interested in this for a Windows Mobile device, but something that works on Windows XP or Vista would suffice.

Google TMC. It's an FM-based (I think) traffic information service that is supported by some handheld and car-based nav devices (including the Mio C520 I use, but I don't have the service). I don't doubt some Windows CE packages support it.
