GPS Vehicle Tracking?

I'm hoping someone here can help me out. We are looking for a system that can be installed
in corporate vehicles to track them via GPS in real time to determine their location. Something with a web interface would be great.

Has anyone had any experience with a service like this?

My former company always tied a string to the bumper to be able to tell where their cars were. When they ran out of string they knew the car couldn't be further than the second parking lot.


Isn't lo-jack one of those systems that does that?
 
I implemented my own using Pocket PCs, Garmin OEM GPS antennas, and GSM modules, but there are many systems out there available. Google for "fleet management" or "fleet tracking."
