GPS Navigtation app for Andorid

I need something that will allow me to download maps to my Galaxy Note 2 and be able to navigate when there is no data service. Google maps is not up to that challenge.

Would be nice to have features are:
1)Able to plan a route on my PC and them upload it to my phone
2)Some type of route optimization feature where I set some waypoints and the app calculates the most efficient route(service tech running calls all over town)

I second Co-Pilot. Works great when data isn't available. Download everything you want while sitting at home....

The offline feature of google maps isn't that great? Does it cache too small an area, or? I'm curious, as I'd use that if it worked how they say.

1)The area is too small. I might be able to get like 500 sq miles per map which doesn't help much if I have to go 3 counties over, let alone a trip across a few states.

2)Even with the maps downloaded it's not possible to get directions or navigate without data service. Yes the GPS works and will show you exactly where you are on the map but you need to know how to read a map and set a route like they did back before the 1990s. The problem is Maps won't even tell you where point B is without data service, so good luck trying to find it.
