GPS for Laptop

I got a new laptop for Christmas and I already own a copy of Microsoft MapPoint software. I can add a GPS receiver to get mobile tracking functionality but I have no idea what to buy. My laptop gives me the option of firewire, usb 2.0, and bluetooth. I usually run into the DeLorme or Microsoft versions that always come bundled with mapping software and I know nothing about the ones for sale on ebay that use bluetooth. What do you think is the best option for me? I would appreciate your opinions.

I brought a Garmin GPS 18 USB. I think ths is one of the best GPS receivers on the market. It also comes with someof the best mapping software there is. It has voice directions. I purchased my at Fry's for around $130. The is a great deal since it includes the software.
