Trust me, we get tons of flak living in the south. Her family is from Pulaski, we go there often. If you don't know the significance of that city, look it up. More from black people than white though give us shit. I could go in depth on the whys and hows, but that's not important. And someone would probably alert the mods saying I'm being racist.

I have never seen him say that minorities are inferior in any way other than maybe cultural but even that would be implicit. My family adopted a friend of my sister in 7th. That girl busted her ass and went to Yale and got a law degree. By every measure she had the same advantages I did, and yet went way further. Her mom is still a crack head and in jail with most of her sisters.

I don't even pay him any attention anymore. And I don't know what 'bootstrap' means in his context. He and others have called me a bigot and hating blacks, which is not true. That I want things to go "back how they were", which is obviously not true. Or we couldn't even be married. I have said things about people who happened to be black, such as Gray. What I said about him wasn't because he was black, but because of what kind of person he was. I called him a leech, and by all accounts he was. Based off of his arrest record and way he lived. There are leeches of all race, I have said the same things about whites. My half brother is a leech, and currently in prison, from how he lived his life before being sent up. He's white. Totally worthless to society, not contributing at all, just costing us tax payers money. He's not even related to me anymore, which is confusing to even try to explain. I have never claimed blacks/whites/hispanics/etc as a race were this or that, just that certain people are this or that. Based on they way they lived their life.

No my wife is not a bitch at all. She mellows me out actually. I get high strung sometimes from past experiences I have had. I have probably seen and done more than more here, experienced more. She's not a cop, although she wanted to be one growing up. She modeled some in college, and was a college cheerleader after playing all sports in HS. Got a scholarship based off academics, and has a masters in health and science, as a teacher. She stopped doing that a few years back, got tired of teaching. The 'no child left behind' is a bunch of shit. Nobody can fail, just pushed along even though they can't read or write in the 7th grade. But that's off topic. She's in retail now and makes far more than when in teaching. Worse schedule but we're dealing. But yeah that would be funny if she was! I a not a cop either, although I have been accused of it many times. I work at the Y12 National Security Complex. Where the two bombs were made that were dropped on Japan that ended WW2. Was active duty Marine Corps as a Combat Engineer, now in the reserves. I like things that go boom.

If so, it's not that simple. There is a metric fvckton of federal and state laws regarding the disclosure of info to potential shareholders. These laws are designed to protect potential shareholder from being defrauded. The SEC and uniform accounting/financial reporting standards were developed for this purpose following the stock market crash in the 20's.

I'm guessing some investors are claiming they were fed misinformation (likely excessively optimistic info).

Some classic examples of cases where overly optimistic (or downright fraudulent) info got people in trouble are Bernie Ebbers of WorldCom and Enron.

What GPRO Investors were told, is they were projecting X sales of product, and it did not happen, ie overpriced camera etc..

But even before this, GPRO stock was so overpriced that it was projecting massive doubling of sales every year and then some. People paying so much for this stock were outright gambling with really bad odds. Now they lost playing the horses and now they cry foul.

They should have taken the hint when insiders were dumping stock left and right and the CEO was busy with his yacht and not his company.
