GPO Computer Policy FML!!!!

Someone, for the love of God, help me.

I've created a USB lockout policy in GPMC and linked it to a test OU named "GPO Test". I added my system to that OU and have done numerous gpupdate /force commands. This sytem will not pull ANY computer policies, only user policies. It is driving me completely INSANE!! Any help would be appreciated.
 
If I remember correctly, USB blocking is User policy, not Computer policy. So you'll need to apply the GPO to a user account OU.
