I am in a business fraternity and looking to design a website for our chapter. I am considering using Joomla since it is one of the easiest to manage and setup, looks great, and is highly extensible.

Now, thinking about this, I have looked at other chapters websites, and they all suck almost as bad as ours.

Can I design a site based around joomla with specific extensions and a specific theme, and then license it to others to raise funds for my chapter? I know Joomla falls under multiple licenses, and I'm not sure which, if any, would conflict with this.
