gpedit problems

Ok, so I reinstalled xp pro and went to adjust the settings to get things back to how I like them, and I dont have any settings to adjust! Needless to say, this is more than a little irratating. I ever tried under the default 'Admin' user, same thing. I even tried reinstalling xp again, just to make sure it wasnt some problem with the other install. No luck. Here's a screen shot of what I get when I run gpedit.msc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I dont want to have to resort to winxp manager to adjust settings, those that it allows for anyway. Thanks in advance.

Ok, after three days of messing around, I JUST found the answer. I had to manually ADD them. This gave me the clue. Run gpedit.msc, then right click administrative template, select add/remove, and tell it to add, it should pop up in the folder with the templates, just select the ones you're missing or want. Hope this helps someone else.
