I saw the GP2X and thought that it might be cool but I don't know enough about ARM processors to know if the thing is really good. These specs were provided for the $179 handheld.

# Dual CPU Cores: ARM920T Host Processor - ARM940T Video Coprocessor
# 64MB - RAM
# 64MB - NAND Flash Memory
# SD Card Compatible for Storage
# USB 2.0 High Speed Connection
# Linux Operating System for Open Source Development
# 3.5' TFT LCD Screen @ 320*240 (QVGA)
# TV-Out for TV Connection using optional cable (both NTSC and PAL compatible)
# Video Playback of MPEG, MPEG4, AVI, DivX, XVid and more

It looks like it already has a good following of Linux people mostly emulater users.

So my question is both in general how good do you guys think this thing is and how powerful are the two ARM processors?

Edit: almost forgot to put in links http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=126&products_id=7728 and http://www.gp2x.com/

Dont' really know anything about it but according to ARM's site, the ARM920T is a 250MHz 32bit processor.
