I think this one will be locked to the Windows store indefinitely without arriving on Steam at all. I have no proof but it's a feeling I have. This way Microsoft can keep the Xbox Play Anywhere thing going with it and keep the digital pricing at $60. Physical copies don't qualify for play anywhere, unlike how Sony handles cross buy titles with the PS4/PS3 and Vita where they give you a digital code in the box. If that were the case you could get a cheaper physical copy later and use the code.
 
I have a coupon for this game but run win 7; is there a way to sneak it onto the system or is it locked to win 10 ?
