Today Trump says that he will sign the 'minibus' funding bill the Senate passed after calling the bill 'ridiculous' and saying it was time to 'get tough' over there being no money for a border wall last week. We will see if he still feels like signing it Friday when it is delivered to him.

The legislation also includes a full year of funding for the Departments of Defense, Labor and Health and Human Services and a short-term extension of the Violence Against Women Act. It also includes a Continuing Resolution that will hold spending levels for all other agencies at current levels until Dec 7th, when we will do this again.
