The RIAA isn't a goverment organization anyways.

RIAA = Recording Industry Association of America. They are mostly concerned with music.

I'm not sure if the computer software industry has any consolidated anti-piracy watchdog. There's the SIIA but they don't seem as active as the RIAA or MPAA.

Anyway, it's quite possible someone is watching that torrent. It's a new game that has received a lot of hype so it would be a good target for monitoring. There are possibly ways to make yourself safer from that monitoring, but they can't be discussed in this forum.

I just read all of the comments. One guy said its a trap and thats it. There was no proof of that. The reason the download isn't working is because the server is down.

There's the BSA (business software alliance?) and the ESA (entertainment software alliance)
