I was looking at the posting for this job; http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/ac/ahrpa/ohr/jobs/files/06-200.htm

It notes;
Attorney Advisor (Trademarks)
GS-0905-13/14/15
Full Performance Level GS-15

And i found this table to go along with the pay scale - http://www.opm.gov/oca/06tables/html/gs.asp

My question stems from this passage "GS-0905-13/14/15". I assume this is the salary range on the table, but is that Grade 9 - Step 5? Grade 13 - Step 9? With highest performance at GS-15?

I am thoroughly confused at the moment. :)

If you can't figure simple stuff like this out, maybe you're not the candidate for the job...or, maybe you're just right for government service...
http://www.opm.gov/Fedclass/gs0905.pdf

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
TITLE, SERIES, AND GRADE
Attorney Advisor (Trademarks)
GS-0905-(job ID number)
Pay grade ranges 13/14/15
Full Performance Level GS-15

Presumably, depending on experience/educational background, a newly hired employee would start between grade 13/step one, and grade 15 step 10. (Not likely)
