I am pissed about alot of his "promises", Not enough to vote for any of the current crop of repubs though (except maybe Johnson, if he got nominated).
Of course your "pissed"...so damn pissed you'll pull the lever again for him. Just who do you think you're fooling here? Seriously.

so where is the gubment spending outrage?

Oh thats right...it only applies to your team...

I don't think governor's are important enough to need to take helicopters to a child's baseball team unless they're paying for it.

(Can you point me to a post where you criticized Democrats?)

You know that people can both vote based upon more than one issue, and vote strategically, right? If you have a choice between one guy who you modestly dislike and another guy who would be an unmitigated catastrophe, you would be a fool NOT to vote for the guy who you are modestly mad at.

I'm sure you already know this, but since you basically only have one script, I understand how you need to mash everything into it.

Put up somebody "I think" (it is MY vote after all) is better and I'll vote for them. When did you last vote for a dem for pres? I have voted repub before.

Can you point to a post where I thought it was ok for any politician to waste money?

That's not the issue. You're a partisan hack and you came in and accused other people of being partisan hacks. I'm guessing you consider me to be on the "opposite team", so I pointed out that this was wasteful to show your original post was BS. So it's funny that you're criticizing other people for being blind to their own team's flaws but you yourself are just as blind. Anyway, I gave your troll post too much attention so I'll let you get the last word in (without me reading it.)

lol, short memory for you libs. Remember Obama telling us we needed to change our driving habits and get rid of our SUVs...just moments before he took off in his gas-guzzling motorcade? You think "The Beast" gets more than 10mpg?

lol, more fail from you apologists. You can't do any better than give me a faulty label and divert with some lame example about Obama? Really?

Yeah it's a shame the SS didn't reconfigure security to align with the President's thoughts on consumptive American consumerism. That 4cylinder version of the Beast was probably all ready to go but was held back by I dunno those dirty libs probably. I mean, why the hell would the President need thousands of pounds of armor and redundant power systems? It's not like he's important and needs protection right?

God you're an idiot. Just stop posting. Spidey, DSF and FNE provide this forum with more than enough fail already.

Yeah...the really intelligent people here are outraged that a Republican Governor takes a car instead of walking 100 yards....and anybody who thinks otherwise is an idiot. Got it.

Thanks for illustrating my point, awfully nice of you. Your usual obtuse nature is duly noted, and your ignorance of the real issue is appreciated. To clarify though, you know, for the idiots, this is about a politician who scolds others when calling for fiscal sacrifice, yet is unwilling to practice any of it himself despite there not being a valid reason to avoid doing so.

You sure you got it? Or do you have to roll out a few more bullshit strawmen before it begins to sink in?

If any of you parrots had a shred of intellectual honesty you'd be criticizing this beefcake at least as vehemently as you did Pelosi and others.

Between this and his performance last year during the blizzard (heads off on vacation to Disney when his Lt. governor is stranded out of state) Christie is certainly making his share of neophyte blunders as a politician. Too bad as he is certainly among the cream of the crop in the GOP.

Heart attack waiting to happen. It amazes me these smart successful people can't take 30 min a day to work their body, they obviously have an inner motivation.

Isn't this just standard crap that comes with the office. If you want to try and make it a universal complaint; I however feel that most slurping at a thread such as this would not be doing so though.

Wow really. What would you have the president rolling in? Especially one that has more death threats than any other.

So...let me get this straight...the "real issue" here is his failure to walk 100 yards somehow demonstrates his lack of fiscal sacrifice....is this what you're saying?

I personally don't have a problem with it. And I don't have a problem with Obama riding in a golf cart instead of walking, or using Air Force One to meet his wife for a date in NYC despite him being a huge proponent for reducing carbon emissions. But maybe that's somehow different in your world.

Yes....please tell me about intellectual honesty....I'm all ears.

Fat fuck burning how many taxpayer dollars flying to his son's high school baseball game? Disgusting pig.

Thank God he saved all that money firing teachers so he could afford this useless helicopter trip on the taxpayers dime!

so where is the gubment spending outrage?

Oh thats right...it only applies to your team...

I saw this story on the local news last night.

this basically cost the tax payers nothing. the helicopters are required to log so many hours in the air every year no matter what; this trip was just part of those hours.

not necessarily the best decision from an image perspective, but in terms of real costs, there's no scandal here.

You have proof of that or are you spewing the same fearmongering as others did during tea party rallies?

So, you think the "required hours" could've been better spent on state business instead of a joyride?

Nice spin by the gov. "It's good to be the king".

Makes him look like a nice hypocrite though and will be used against him if he decides to run for re-election or the presidency.

Wasn't this info hard to find?

Since Mr Obama took office, the rate of threats against the president has increased 400 per cent from the 3,000 a year or so under President George W. Bush, according to Ronald Kessler, author of In the President's Secret Service.
