This is brand new baby Max Armstrong. Dad Lance was thought to be sterile after treatment for testicular cancer, but his boys rebounded and they can still swim.

Armstrong, who won the Tour de France seven straight years after overcoming testicular cancer, posted this photo in a tweet about 11:15 p.m. EDT Thursday June 4, 2009 welcoming Max Armstrong to the world and announcing the baby weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and was 20 inches long. Both mother and baby are doing fine. Armstrong and his girlfriend, Anna Hansen, announced in December they were expecting a baby in June. I think you're referring to Mack Strong, but when you say it fast enough it sounds like Max Strong.
