I've got a 1ghz AMD chip that I had at 1400mhz for awhile. With the Delta 7K RPM fan. The noise was a pain so I took it back down to 1000mhz and put the Taisol fan back on. Now, my temps are about 50C with nothing going on in the background. Is this high for this CPU or about normal? It's been a few days so it should have cooled down by now.
 
Mine runs about 45. I guess it also depends on how hot your home or office is and what kind of air flow you get into your machine.
 
Well I've got 2 80mm intakes and 2 80mm exhausts. I guess the room is a tad hot so maybe it's right (or ok🙂). Thanks for the reply!
