Gotta problem with BlackIce Defender

I've been using the demo version and liked it a lot, so I bought and downloaded the full version.

When I go to install it I get the following error message:

"Cannot open library type/dll"

Anybody have a clue as to why? I fired off an email to their techsupport, but haven't heard back yet.
