The last few months I've been a acting system admin and I'm just now getting down the whole lingo. Basically I am forbidden to say more than a few sentences in any email and it MUST be witty!

I will say that the guy who used to be my boss had some of the best one liners. Unfortunately I can't think of any offhand, but I'm sure a lot of you know a few good ones.

Gotta love those one liners from system administrators to answer your questions.

Are you sure you're not getting an ID10T error? (Probably won't work over email.)

When I read the title, I was thinking about one-liner jokes. Such as...

"Ever hear about the guy chasing after the car down the Interstate? Yea, he was exhausted." Badumching

Well, when I get a ticket in my que that has not been looked into by the helpdesk they cannot say for sure that is the problem.
