I'm getting sonic.net installed in 3 days. Can't comment on their service but it is completely weird to call there and have a happy *knowledgable* tech support guy pick up right away.

I have a feeling it'll be swell. 🙂
 
Sounds like Sonic.net might be a worthwhile option to check out... if it ever gets to where I am (Fresno area). (EDIT: Looks like I wouldn't be able to get Sonic.net in this town even if it was here anyway--Verizon, not SBC, is the phone provider here for some odd reason. The rest of the Fresno area is SBC.)

We're also considering SBC DSL if we move back into town, since it seems it might be less expensive than Comcast's cable service (the only thing available out here).

and sonic.net is great too, you will like them.
