some settings weren't showing up in our Nortel BCM, called company that installed it, they sent a tech out while i was gone and talked to someone else. Tech said "yeah you aren't supposed to see anyting there"
when i got back i told her "yes, you are, it says so on the help on that page" so she called back, they sent out another tech today, he said "yeah you are supposed to see stuff there"
he starts working on it, then comes running in my office "is your phone down?"
I look over "Connecting to server, server unreachable" and say "uh, yeah..."
he said "that's what happens when i hit the wrong button"
he shut down the VoIP phone server instead of doing a soft reboot... all calls were cut off and no one could call in or out until the server came back up, damn thing takes like 15 mins to boot up
oh well, only about 2.5 days before i'm outta here
