Gotta heat problem

I've got a hutch where I keep my comp. Of course, there was no vent in the cabinet "designed" for housing a computer, so I rotozipped two holes in the back of the cabinet; one in the top and one in the bottom.

That's not cutting it.

Is there such a thing as a USB fan that I could mount to the top hole to blow out the heat?

If so, any recomendations? Not really looking for the gold-plated solution. Would like to get outta here under $10.

Thanks.

Why not just completely remove the part of the cabinet that covers the cubby where the PC sits? I have done that on multiple computer desks and it's worked well.

I'm assuming the front of the cubby the PC sits in is open and it can breathe fresh air?

Bad assumption. This is a closed-in cabinet. Right now, I just have to leave the front doors open on the cabinet. What I'm wanting to do hook a fan to one of the two holes I cut in the back (blowing out). I'm thinking that cool air would then be pulled in the other hole, so I would be able to close the doors again on the front of the cabinet.
