I signed up high-stream for my dad before I came back to college. It is very good and I had no problems at all. I think they're based in Rhode Island, atleast the help desk is. I signed up with the turbo accelerator or whatever its called and it really does work, it doesn't hurt to pay a couple dollars extra a month
