I am in the same boat....Bed man. I did no bed last night and I crashed at around 12:30. I basically slept the rest of the day and now i am all screwed up time wise.
I've been sleeping in excess of 10+ hours a night lately. I would just stay up if I only had 4 hours to go because it takes me 2 hours to fall asleed (10 hours being the time a lay down and finally wake up) living in the modern world sucks. Native americans would typically sleep until noon and the average gorilla sleeps 13 hours. This whole 8 hour thing is bunk.
