Since 10/99 yes but before that it was S L O W A S S pick your nose dialup.
 
had cable for 5 years.

EDIT: only began using the internet 2 years ago. before that, i never had a computer that could access the internet.
 
After dealing with the FreeDSL fiasco a few years back I went to dialup for a while and then to DirecTV DSL for about 6 months. Then that died so I was back on dialup for about a month while everything cleared up so SpeakEasy could get me up and running. Its been smooth sailing since then.
