Was wondering if any of you guys are using this software fromCitrix to troubleshoot and support clients?

I'm thinking about subscribing, but the cost seems relatively high.

You can use this feaure to create a file to send to your customer that connects back to you. I pointed a friend to this and this is how he does most of his remote help now. He even did the customized file to show his business name.
