Got WD replacement HD but only 1year Warranty???

I received a WD 200GB as a replacement that has only 1 year warranty. My original drive was under warranty until 2006 so is there anything i can do or did i loose 2 years of warranty because the one they sent me is refurbished?

Exactly what i was hoping to hear! Now that i have it working on my system i was hoping that this warranty issue can be resolved. Will call first thing tomorrow am.
