Got to thinking - why isn't lamb more prevalent as a meat choice?

I tend to agree. At many of the Meetings Enhanced by Advanced Technology I have attended, we use videoconferencing. And very few people use the Look-At-Me Button on the remote. They just keep the camera static and zoomed out to see the whole room.

It would be much better if they used the LAMB more often as a MEAT choice.

Not sure how this is still in software forum, but...

Some people say lamb has a funky taste. I agree there's a bit of a different taste compared to some cuts of beef, but I personally like lamb. The closest beef cut is probably the filet.

The simple truth is probably that Americans dont like lamb because of Bambi (yeah, I know it's not a lamb...).
