OK as i have posted here we are in the process of buying my in-laws house.

Well we have a buyer for this one. But come to find out my in-laws may NOT be able to sale there house after all! they owe more money on it then the cost of the new house (err trailer really) and they CAN"T get a loan for it.

Now we signed a contract to sale our old house. So if the other house does not go through we are in big trouble!

CRAP CRAP CRAP!

not only will we have to pay for the inspection we had the septic tank pumped and oater stuff for about a $1000 to be paid out at the closing. But if it does not happen we have to pay for it out of pocket. PLUS we have to come up with somewhere to live.

Oh man i do not know what to do. it will take to long to find another house and close grr.

i thought everything was taken care of.... i'm sure you'll figure something out. move in to the new place anyways. they're family. maybe if you are annoying enough they will move out sooner?

yeah we are selling both through family/friends. We really didnt think my in-laws would have a problem. we even looked at what they owed and what we are buying it for. they should have more then enough to buy the trailer out right. But for some reason they can't now.

but i guess either way we have learned a big leason. just to bad it's really going to screw us up. I gotta start calling apartments :disgust:

sigh to tell you the truth i'm really not that shocked.

Ok sheesh this is getting to be a pain in the ass.

They got a loan (well %80 sure they got it) not only did they get enough to get the trailer they got enough to get one of the nicer ones.PLUS have a decent sized shed put on where they can have there cats.

sigh such a pain. but as for now at least us moveing is still on.

i knew i shouldnt have offered to buy the house!
