Bigger monitor, definitely. High-res gaming on a bigass monitor is a good thing. I don't really see an obvious bottleneck in your rig otherwise.

Out of curiousity, will your mobo accept XP processors? A couple XP1800's would cost less than a big monitor. Not sure how huge an improvement you'd see tho.

geekender ... don't seem like there is much room for improvement. if anything,
1. 19flat or larger monitor
2. speakers (maybe 5.1)
3. sound card... soundblaster audigy...
that's it...

Fausto, waiting on the price on the MP's to come down some to justify the difference. I like the 19" monitor and 5.1 speakers. Was looking at the 4.1 Klipsch and the Z-560 Labtecs.

I don't know. Viewsonic always overinflates their specs, so who's to say they aren't doing it with the specs for the VP2290b? Plus, the apple just looks better

I don't know. Viewsonic always overinflates their specs, so who's to say they aren't doing it with the specs for the VP2290b? Plus, the apple just looks better
