Got some new barware

GasX

Lifer
The wedding presents are starting to arrive, and we got 30 drinking glasses today - tumblers & highballs. They all have a brand sticker on the side and a barcode on the bottom.

What is the best way to get the stickers off? They don't peel off nicely, so don't bother suggesting use of fingernails. My plan is to put them in the dishwasher. Think that'll work?

Goo Gone...it's like $2.50 at K-Mart or something. Soak the stickers in it and let it sit for a min. or so. Then they should just wipe off.

Fill a basin with hot water, and put a little bit of dishsoap in. Put all the glasses in, and let them soak overnight. They'll come off easy the next morning.

Steel wool should not scratch glass, but it would be easier to just wipe off the adhesive with rubbing alcohol, WD-40, or Goo-Gone. Remember to wash with soap afterwards!
