So my friend just got a new mobo and a cpu.
We plug it all in and nothing is booting up. There is power and the cpu fan starts to spin but not even the bios screen comes up.
We have tried a different video card, a different HD and a different power supply and nothing seems to be working.
One thing to note is that his last mobo and chip are intel (this one is AMD).
Any ideas on what the problem could be?
