Got scamed on ebay again...

So on August 24th, I saw a OEM wing for my acura and placed a bid, figuring that I would win it anyway. Well I did for 25 + 40 shipping. I paid ASAP and the seller said that he was going to ship it asap. Well its been 40 days since the auction and I have nothing. Should I try and get this jokers home address or number? I emailed him back saying that I was going to leave a negative unless I heard back soon, he replied, I sent that item out weeks ago, leave a negative and I will leave one back. What a jerk. Anything I can do?

UPDATE 10/16 I never heard a single word back about my item so I left him a negative yesterday. Of course today he left me one saying that I tried to scam him!! I have the guys name, address and phone number. I am half tempted to wake his ass up at 3 in the morning. I am going to call him tomorrow and figure out what the hell happened. What a jerk.
 
You could always kill hiim, his close and extended family, his pets, friends and every living person he has ever come in contact with.

Or, you could ask him to provide confirmation of the shipment, including a tracking number. If he refuses report him to his local law enforcement agency. It's called fraud.
 
Somehow this guy has a perfect 100% feedback rating, although several people have left neutrals or withdrew negative feedback. In the last email I sent him, I asked for a tracking number, but this guy takes weeks to get ahold of. I am doing a number look up right now and giving this guy a call tomorrow.
 
Always one step ahead is RossMAN, i had anywho open in another window, with this guys number in my clipboard 😛

Same here. I have had about 70 transactions on eBay with varying results but none as bad as I have seen reported here.

a while ago..my bf posted the $800 Chanel jacket I won off of ebay..

and how i got SCAMMED...(account had been stolen)

and...well, all of you guys commented on how my jacket was ugly!

it hurt my feelings...

but hey! that is in the past..and I am a fellow anandtechie now!!

Why would you be offende by the fashion advice of this group. I would say it's likely that 15% at max dress fashionably... the rest of us would rather spend that money on gadgets...
