Oh yea, go ahead and open it. It's no hassle at all to put all the Rock Band instruments back in the box in an orderly and inconspicuous manner. :evil:
 
Open it and use it so your warranty won't run out. Even though it still will probably break anyways.
my freakin kick pedal broke and its the 3rd day I've had the game.
