I'm willing to do this, but i still want to tell my insurance company that the accident happened in case she backs out. If i do tell them that we're trying to work it out on the side, will they still go after her? Any advice would be really helpful. Thanks!

What? Of course she wants to do that, because if you report it she'll be sued by your insurance company.

Pics?

My mom had a simila incident, while an un-insured asian man rear-ended her. Although there is no such physical damage and such. But she still call 911 to help straight things out. Tell your insurer everything you know off, if you have any documents or reports on that incident, it is wise to share or give some information to them...

Is she good looking? If so make her pay in sex.

If not make her pay by washing your skid marked underwear for a month.

Why would you risk it? She doesn't even pay her car insurance, which is required by law, and you expect that she will pay you your damages?

I'd advise you to tell the insurance company. If they get wind of you not coming clean they have every right to cancel your coverage right then and there, not to mention the potential legal troubles you could get in.

Unless you're confident that she'll go through with it, I wouldn't bother with the hassle. You don't know her, you don't owe her anything...if she's cutting her insurance just to save some money every year, she'd better have enough saved up to pay you immediately, otherwise forget her problems and let your insurance company deal with it.

Step one is to make a police report of it. DO THIS NOW.

I MEAN, RIGHT THIS SECOND, call the police and make a report. Seriously.

Then call your insurance company.

Screw her. She's doing something ILLEGALL, it's her own damn fault if she faces the penalties of it.

If I have to pay for insurance even though I've never been in a wreck, you bet your ass she should. Chances are, she's been in enough of them that she can't afford her insurance. Get her off the damn road.

Pics of the damage?

Did you get any estimates?

Do you have her REAL contact info (did you see her license)?

If in your state it's required by law to have insurance, i wouldn't show her any leancy. if there's damage, i wouldn't show her any leancy.

notify your insurance company. don't risk the chance of her fvckin you over.

Yeah, in all seriousness I'd just turn her ass in. If she doesn't have car insurance, chances are she's a deadbeat and is going to leave you out to dry.

Plus, if you're to stupid to pay the fvck attention and not rearend some one when you obviously know you don't have insurance you pretty much deserve whats coming to you.

Absolutely not.

Follow the book on this one.

Accident report, talk to your insurance company, etc.

Absolutely no way in hell. See Vic's post for the best reason why.
Unless you're ready to sue her yourself if she doesn't pay, just go for the Insurance company.
She doesn't pay insurance...but she's going to pay you...if you believe that I have a bridge to sell you.
